It's 3 months later since this request was made, and nobody's done it... and if you still are playing the game and still want a cyber face, I'll make one for you 
But I don't own the game, so I need you to send me the BHED texture file of Zaza Pachulia (or if you think of another model, send that corresponding BHED file).
I'll make the BHED of your face, and you can then import it yourself into the game.
