Sorry, the links are really bad, they will work only for Ukraine and Russia.
But the files had been moved to ftp acces. And now you can download it.
Try this:
Download Totall Commander - http://www.softportal.com/?id=33
download it, then install and run "exe"
1. Go to Сеть\Соедениться с ФТП Сервером(connect to ftp)
2. Добавить (add)
3. Заголовок: ftp.nbalive.biz
Имя сервера: ftp.nbalive.biz (server name)
Учётная запись: nba@nbalive.biz (user)
Пароль: streetballmod (password)
4. Нажимаем ОК (click OK)
5. Соединяемся (connect)
6. Входим в папку streetballmod и качаем (go to streetballmod directory and download five archives.)
Very soon you will see an update to Streetballmod.
There are new teams - Dime55, RussianStreetballteam, RapperZ, Slam Nation. All new players, all new courts, graphics update, gameplay update... new players like A. Howard aka Flash(rip), Magic(disqualified competitor from AND1tour 2004), Hometown Kid(disqualified competitor from AND1tour 2004) and more. You will get real showtime.

We have finished StreetBall Addon. We add new players, teams, uniforms and courts.
All we need right now is roster. We loose our DBF Editor Master(he went out to the rest camp) and now to realease addon we need dbf patcher.
who can help us with DBF Editor???
