Converting the PC's patches to Xbox files????

is there away to convert the PC's patches so I can use them on my modded xbox?? If so can someone please tell me how?

I've heard it's possible to make updates for a modded Xbox, but I'm not sure about converting PC patches, whether that's possible and if it is how easy it would be or how you go about it. So I'd say there's a possibility, but I don't know how to do it. Sorry.
