traveling violation not called

can someone please tell me why this can happens in nba live 2005.
i have travelling not allowed and when the cpu stop and fake a shot they can then dribble again. is this a bug because i cant do it. i tried and got called for a travelling violation

It's a bug, one the CPU doesn't mind exploiting.

oh sorry i wasnt going to put it on in the end becuase the file was so big
