what i fantasy draft?

i am starting a new dynasty with the heat i i noticed that in the dynasty setup before you begin there is an option fo fantasy draft. was it that?

You get to draft a complete team, choosing from all the players in the game. Works just like the regular draft, but you'll have the entire player list too choose from.
