Are there any cites that have the rookies ratings for PS2?

i am looking for a cite that has the rookie ratings so that i can create them on my PS2. I got an adapter and i play online but of course live isnt makin any more roster updates and i wanted to know if anyone knew where i could find a text file or cite that displays there ratings.
