team 1-on-1s and A vs B squads

I have seen in some people's dynasties that they pit their starting 5 plus 1 against the other 6 members of their roster. How do they do this? Can it be done later in a dynasty as well (with the computer gen draftees)?

Also, can you make two computer controlled teams trade players? How about draft picks? How bout a combination of the two?

How bout I stop talking bout now so someone can respond?

I like the latter suggestion.

I'm guessing they do it by copying the players.dbf and appearance.dbf files from their Dynasty saves to a roster save, loading the rosters in the main menu and then playing a 1 on 1 game or manipulating their rosters so they can have an intersquad scrimmage. I don't actually do that myself, one of the Dynasty posters who's done it can probably give you more specific instructions.
