I keep getting fast breaks out of an inbounds pass vs. CPU

I am playing against a CPU under All-star difficulty. It seems to me that the CPU keeps using a full-court press on me each time and i can easily get a fast break out of an inbounds pass from the other side of the court. I tried changing the CPU's default defensive strategy to 2-3 zone but i still can get easy fast breaks. Anyone know what is the best defensive strategy to give the opposing team so they all run back to their side immediately after an inbounds pass or a defensive rebound.
