Draft issue

Anyone who you draft is terrible... after a few years you notice no draftee's are starting and the average points per game is about 3 for them. Now looking at the last two years with melo and Bron being 20 ppg and emeka being normaly 10-15. and emeka is a 70 (mainly deffense though).

There are probly threads about this stuff.... Ok cool..
If you draft on skill, nevermind NBA Live sucks.

Yea, i believe the rookie generator for NBA Live 2004 was much better than 2005....

I still havent had a STAR PG come out of the draft, they all SUCK in atleast 2 major catagories that even individual training cant really help....

EXAMPLE: Theyll have 68 for dribble (fine), 74 for pass (fine) 34 for offencive awareness..... WHAT THE?

EXAMPLE: 54 for FG (bare-able) 78 for 3pt(great) 47 for FT (AS IF)

Thats a major problem in my opinion with the 05 draft system. Ive also noticed theres less star calibre draftee's (people that are comparable to Melo or even Ben Gordon) in the 05 draft pool.

My only advice for you mate is this..... Draft on potential in NBA live 05, if there potential is limited or very limited then dont draft them at all. Draft average potential if theres nothing else available.

the best thing to do is draft them and trade them...
once i had a 7 foot SF who can't jump, can't shoot, but was pretty fast. He couldn't rebound, or block.....
i've seen SGs with less than 50 on FG and 3pt.... you can't really call yourself a SG if you can't shoot.... they were also slow, but they as good inside scoring.... WTF??
