nose thinner - cyberface

i have a cyberface (not made by me) and i want to make the nose thinner. im a real newbie with photoshop but want to know how i can make the nose thinner in photoshop.
anyone got any tips???

So you haven't actually tested any headshape for the cyberface yet?
You only seen your bhed so far?

just as easily he could just highlight the area, copy it, paste it, reduce the width, and then place it over the original nose, but I guess to a newbie that might be just as hard as using a different, still a thought though

So change the headshape

or make the nose thinner in photoshop as explained already, pick one, either change headshape or fix in photoshop, do it! pick one!
