Yo,when i draft a player,why we cant look at he's rating,height and weight...cuz in nba,we dont draft anybody!

That's exactly the point of the draft,you don't know what you're getting. If they would have overall ratings ,scouting would be useless which is why they rate their skills the way they do now.

You should be able to see the players age/height/weight/nationality though,so I don't know what your issue is.

but normally in the nba,we can look the PPG.RPG.SPG and all that,why not on nba live?

Imagine the hassle the programmers would have to go through if they had to simulate or make up every draftee's career,college/highschool stats. That wouldn't leave much room for more important improvements.

You seem to forget that the draftees are literally virtual players and they don't exist in real life.
