Graphics: NVidia GeForce MX 440 64 MB DDR w/AGP
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 HT Technology 2.6 GHz
Memory: 512 MB DDR Ram
About 30 GB of HDD
DVD Drive

I know the graphics card sucks, but will i at least be able to play this at 1024 x 768 with no lag?

Yeah you will, I still recommend a new gcard though. You don't have to pay more 110 USD for a descent card that will work great for nba live 2005.
