Please stop making new threads for the same stuff that you've asked already.
No one here knows how to make the balcony the way that you want, so it's useless to keep asking, so please stop it.
Panco told you that the best way would be to contact the person that made the patch from the screenshots that you posted, but since you can't find whoever made them, there's nothing more you can do...
