HOW COULD I UPDATE THE ROSTER AND RATINGS DURING MY DYNASTY???????

Either

Get on XBox Live, PS2 Online and Download them.
I believe PC has a patch for them that you download.

Or you must do it yourself, I believe somebody has the current rosters up. But I found out that it is sometimes difficult and frustrating to do it yourself.

i don't think you can update your roster during a dynasty for many reasons: mostly because you've already made chnages to your roster and played/simulated games with all the teams.

You can't apply a roster update to a Dynasty in progress. Copying the DBF files to the Dynasty save folder will erase season data.
