cant install nba live 2005...

hi

when i install nba live 2k5 i have a problem installing it..

->the "cd key screen" appears

->i putted the key on it then clicked next.

->i selected typtical user then clicked next..

->the ea registration screen does'nt appear

->then a screen which has a message which is ->"youre about to install nba live 2k5..."

->of course, i select yes

->then i encountered an error "cant copy msvp70.dll"

->i retry

->nothing happens..the error happens over and over again

->so i aborted it..

->a window appears which has a percentage of the installation...

-> btw, below of it is the location of the file that i'm copying

->when it comes to 17% and the location Support\*.*
an error-> "cannot copy D:\Support\EReg.exe from the media"

->i retry

->it happens over n over again

-> so i canceled it..

->i try to install it again but the same errors happen again..same problems..

->i cant find msvcp70.dll in the cd,but i found EReg.exe, but the problem is i cant copy it..i dunno why...

what should i do?
pls help!!

you can find msvcp70.dll somewhere in the internet..

why not ask for a replacement of the game?

yeh found..mscvp70.dll and put on the nba live folder..but when i install it again..the msvcp70.dll will disappear...
