advice - free shooters???

how can i get open shots???

I want to get more confidence on open shots... but what play is necessary to free the shooting guards or the small forwards or anyone...

pick and roll works like a charm

Use offball control and run around your bigmen. Even if your defender keeps the pace, you can shoot much more accurately.

screens and more screens: anyways pick and roll works the best.....i was shocked many times to see my big man scrape the entire defense by doig a moving screen, twas very funny (YAO DID IT MANY TIMES) but it gets my shooter free for the shot
