how do you do this in defense.

How do you put both hands up and then stand infront of the offensive player in a "take a charge" stance?

I know how to stand infront of them and take a charge but how do you make the defensive player put both hands up?

You do that by holding the right analog stick up. You can also push the stick up twice (or three) times and the player will move his arms up and down, as to pump up the crowd; as well as pushing the stick down two (or three) times and the player will wave for the player to 'bring it on' so to say...

holding it in what direction or it dont matter? press it down, pull it to the right, left or down? ?
