I cant turn on Lighting....help!

How come i cant turn on Lighting on the detail settings???? Pls help me... thanx!

first off all, read the rules and post your pc specs.
secondly, this has been discussed more than once already, pls use the search function and read some other threads before posting your question.
I believe a thread by jeff101 featured some workarounds to enable lighting on older cards.
