Jersey Problem

I have seen this problem around here before, but I hav enever saw it solved. Here is my jersey:

And when I go in-game, the inside leg of the shorts is totally messed, just hope you know how to solve it.

you need to fill in those parts that are positioned near the sleeves part.. (the rectangles)
