so..... i feel like the team is too good, too much scorers! What should i do?

too many wing players, unload some and get a true center...

Get rid of Tim Thomas. Although I do like to have him in my team, I always feel tempted to shoot waaaay too much.

Your team isn't too good, your gameplay settings are too easy.... so you think its too good.

No i mean there are so much Players on the same Level ...

Perhaps you might like to trade some of the more offensive minded players for defensive minded ones. Perhaps you could gut your bench to acquire another player with an overall in the 80s or high 70s.
