I think I saw something about it on a chinese forum that a person managed to do it. Didn't say how though...
I belive there was a person on this forum that managed to do it as well for one of his patches, don't remember who it was though.

it can be done the same way as the shoes are done from what I know but have still gotta test it to be sure.

Yes, Superman figured it out for his Rodman patch. Hopefully, he'll have time to write up a tutorial on it.

if u want to edit tats for current players there are only some that can be opened(the player tat.fsh file) others get errors but what u do is u extract them with fshx as .dds and then get the dds convertor program and convert them to .png and u get the tats on transparent back.

I'd like to know this as well. I really want to ad some tattoo's to my create-a-baller, and because of the strange headshape mess this year, tattoo's will really bring em to life.
