CNBA is currently full with 30 GM's as the pre-season gets underway.
however, spots will continue to open up over the course of the season, as people crack under the "pressure" of competing in league play.

If you happen to be from Europe however, definitely head to the site still, as there's 2 leagues for Europeans, and one exclusively for Italians.
