DBF editing bat file

I was thinking of releasing all of my street faces in one big patch.
However since it would be a bitch to have to do dbf editing for 6 faces it would be very good if there existed any sort of .bat file installer that edits the dbf fields that are required to be edit for the new faces to work.
Has anyone done any installer like this, this year? Or can maybe someone make one

you need cdbflite first. check their website for the commands then you'd probably figure out how to make it
