i don't think there are any free throw rituals other than those who take their shot farther away from the line like t-mac and nve

I don't think so. I remember way back in the times of NBA Live 97 there was supposedly a way to shoot free throws Ricky Barry style, but it was a fake. Most cheats/tips/codes sites still list it in their archives though.

in the console PS....i did shots ala rick barry.......i just hold up the L/R button....that was nbalive98 i think? :idea:

well on 98 if you held the r1/r2 and l1/l2 buttons then they did granny type free throws, it wa cool

yep that style is difinitely present at the 97 and 98 live series (Y) ......pressing the LI/L2 or r1/r2 buttons altogether (Y)

It must have been a PlayStation only trick. The trick for the PC version didn't work.

mmmm come to think about it you are right.....i remember playing those games in Playstation only.....the nes and pc version i didn't bother to try, since that freethrow move rarely scores :lol:
