Box score tool

I know there is the BIRDIE BOARD 2005 allready done but that's not exactelly what i'm looking for.
I would like to know if it's posible to get the same kind of tool, based on stats.txt from the game.
That tool shoukd display:
theam name/player name/Points/Assists/Blocks etc
not all the info but just a part. maybe this should work like a DBF view page.
Can somebody help me on it because i don't know any programation language who can help me to creat it...
I try to find on the web some boxscores creators/tool but i find nothing really interesting.
Who got some notion in programation?
