Please help me! "ERROR SIGNATURE"

When I play the game, it always crashes and back to the windows desktop. Then it shows a messagebox as follow:

error signature
AppName: nba2005.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: nba2005.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 005acfd5

My system is
ECS K7VTA3, AMD 2600+, 768 DDR ram, ATI9000 4X 64MB, WIN XP SP2
I've tried many graphic drivers included offical and omega and they didn't work.
I would be very appreciative if someone could help me.
