Replacing the All-Star Court With The Urban Court

what i did was coppied and re-named all the urban court, so it would replace the all-star court (basically i changed the filename from urban to alls)
and when i go in-game to the all-star court, everythings perfect.
EXCEPT, the bench players are all sitting mid-court. and the coaches are walking the wrong way. beanign theyre facing away from the court.

annybody know whats going on?
