Anyway to make it a multi-team Dynasty?

Yes. If you are good, before each offseason teams will ask you to take over thier franchise, offering for 10,000 dynasty points and 5000 store points if you do it. Or if you are really bad you get fired, I don't know what happens then, I haven't experienced it yet.
