question on patching xbox nba live

i love the patches they have on this site but the nba live i have is for the xbox and i was wondering if there's any way i could upgrade the rosters and stuff on my xbox. i can ftp to my xbox's hard drive because it is soft-modded just incase that helps. thanks guys and keep up the good work.
