MPG in season mode

What is up with this? It is agitating when you are playing a short season w/ 5 minute quarters and the computer simulates the statistics and cpu controlled games in 12min quarters. What gives? Does anybody know a fix?

Yes, change the Sim Quarter Length to 5 minutes as well.
