Do the roster updates have edited player stats?

Hi, newbie here.

As per my header , I am looking for edited rosters that tone done blocks and make the CPU D a little slower.

Can anyone point me to a roster download?
I see there are several available.

Also, is there a download for slider settings or must each owner adjust thier own in the game.

and yea, I don't think you can download slider settings, just go and adjust them urself, its not hard

actually if you download Andrew's latest roster, it comes with some suggested sliders
it really depends on your gameplay, like what difficulty and how many minutes, the earlier page i told you with sliders has them all or if not you can request for your type of style, I on the other hand used Andrew's slider as base and tweak them to my liking which now I get all but realistic stats
