Switching teams

I was wondering if like after your second or third year, do different teams offer you jobs?

depends on how well you do. i know i barely made the playoffs with the lakers my 1st season and orlando offered me tons of dynasty points to take there job. i jump on that job in the quickness they were in the draft lottery and i ended up picking 1st overall in the draft 8-) (Y)

Yessie is right but I have one off-topic question
Say you have 10,000 Dynasty Points available and a team offers you another job, do those points carry over, say they offer you 75,000 Dynasty Points, will you end up with 85,000 after you switch because of the extra?

all i can say is... don't swop unless you really know what your getting your self in to...

I was the Pacers Franchise for two years and then the Cavs offered me a deal similair to Yessie and i took it.. when i got there it was a salery nightmare and i was stuck for two years before i recovered...

it was nice but be warned... atleast i got artest back as i had traded him to the Cavs for bigZ in my first year...

i don't think you take points over.. i'm pretty sure you start from scratch...

it's fun if your up for a change but getting cap room all over again sucked
