Inno Settup help (or any good installer for that matter)

Ok, I'm working on a patch (practice court patch) and the previous version I had done the installation in InnoSettup.
The problem is that this time I would like the installer to ask whether the user would like to install one version, or another one. The files are the same, although in one of the installations there are a lot of files that aren't installed. So it's pretty much code, for how to implant that, that I'm searching for.
Although if you know of any other installer program that has that ability, please post it and I will try it out.
