Yuta Tabuse problem

hi, can someone help me ?
i've downloaded a lot of portraits (and cyberfaces) for missing players like dickens, barrett, storey etc and all of them worked out fine. But no matter what i do i just can't make it work for yuta tabuse. All the other files i simply put in the sgsm folder and did some DBF editing. With yuta i did the same and it didn't work. Then i figured he was already in the game but with generic face and no portrait so i used EAGraph to add the plyrprts~YUTABUS.big into plyrprts and yutabus.fsh into plyrface.viv ... his 3D face is changed, so it shows the face i imported, but the portrait is still the shadow-man even though i also imported that file.... i opened it with biGUI and FshX and there was nothing wrong with it. Even with the yutabus.ebo ...
any clues??
PS. the portrait is from km-portrait-v1.zip ; i don't know who made them...
