Sorry about this, Just got the game. How do I get a player on my team to wear shoes that I have downloaded? For instance, when I get shoes from 4Quarter.net a picture comes up in the form of a jpeg. What do i do from there?

just import them into a shoe fsh file i.e sh01 or whatever
