switching teams in dynasty

does anyone know how to switch user teams during dynasty mode?

I was playing my dynasty and after my third season I was offered a job in another team... They offered 10k dynasty points and 5k store points to lure me away, but I didn't take it as I have yet to lead my team to a championship.

I think there's some way of doing it via dbf-editing, but I really don't know much about that...

you have to change the "IsHuman" field from True to False and the team you want from False to True
