whats ports need unblocked to can play nba '05 online?

what port did i have to unblock, if i want to play nba live 2005 online ?

TCP/IP ports must be open in the outbound direction:
HTTP 80 TCP/IP
HTTPS 443 TCP/IP
MsgConn/IM 13500-13599 TCP/IP
Roomsvr 26500-26599 TCP/IP
The following UDP ports must be opened for game packets for the outbound
and inbound connections:
Game Packets 3658 UDP
TCP/IP ports must be open in the outbound direction:
HTTP 80 TCP/IP
