the simplest way to do 360: (i guess you dont have analog like me

)
try without toss first =))
step by step
1. stand on three throw line (better to do from the right side)
1. press direction key to the backboard
2. make a two feet 180 gather, and (Important!) while player making the gather, you have to press the direction keys ("arrows" in my config by default) reverse to clockwise (sorry my bad english), this mean that i have to press up, left, down then right, before the player jumps into the air.
4. then press any dunk key
and use rookie setting in slamdunk practice
