Changing the metrical unities

Anyone knows how to change the metrical unities?, I have now the american unities (ft/lbs) and I want to change it to european unities (m/kg)

you can't as far as i know. unless you'd do some serious dbf editing and convert them all manual

Which dbf´s I should to change in order to make that question?.
