Official Live 2005 patch could be out soon (I think)

Hi, I was surfing the EASPORTS ftp and I found that:

Creation dates are Dec. 21, 04:08. Sizes are about 7 Mb each file.

May it be an official patch? Anybody knows when will it be available and what bugs will it fix? Will it be available as a "normal" exe file as my internet connection is slow?

NBA LIVE 2005 Patch #1

This patch has the following fixes/improvements

1. Fixed not being able to see a player's statistics on the substitution screen
during a game.

2. Fixed the ability to Save Game stats from the in game pause menu
for online and exhibition games.

3. Fixed issue in dynasty mode with player stats not carrying
over into the next season properly.

4. Fixed issue where the last saved roster was not being saved so that it would
load into the game at startup.

5. Improved art for all shoes in the game.
