Box out button is useless for humans

All it does is make me stand there like an idiot while the computer has no problem going around me. Why is it that when the computer boxes out, I'm stuck to the bastard and can't get in front of him?

are you using the faceup button? (down on the right analog)
cuz unlike previous lives where that would make you turn around and box out, this year you still face up your man even if the shot is put up

I haven't had much success with it. Either an opponent zooms around or goes over the back. This game needs looseball fouls... the number of uncalled over the back fouls I've seen is insane.

Yeah I said in another thread it doesn't seem to do anything.

The only way that I have gotten it to work is to actually to get your player to run up to the other player, then click the box out button.
