I sometime play NBA LIVE 2005 online.......& i notice that whenever i'm shooting my FT's my controller start to rumble/vibrate a lot.
This only happen whenever i'm online & shooting FT's.
Is it possible that my opponent is doing this to trying make me miss?
Has this happen to any of you?
My only conclusion is that somehow the other person is doing this on purpose.
Anybody want to clear this up for me?
Also, can you guys tell me what other things gamers try to do in order to gain an advantage over you?

i only play online with PC (and not very often), and my controller doesn't rumble.
but i read last year that on ps2 or whatever if you pressed the R-buttons when you're playing online, when the other person is shooting free throws, it will shake their controller

Thanks for your answer.
Anybody knows more about this problem?

why is this a problem though?
that's actually a great feature, i think. FTs are a pressure situation. it's just like when the crowd gets loud in real games and starts disctracting you
i dont have xbox or ps2, but if i did, i'd be very pleased with this feature as it is yet another step towards realism!

i agree- i would think that would be a cool feature. but to each his own.....couldn't you just turn the rumble feature off?

Ilya, this was implemented last year as a confusion factor during freethrows. Whenever I played on PS2 with my friends we could always do this. But, I did not know you could do this online...interesting...
For PS2 it was hold the left analog stick to the "left" and repeatedly click "[]"
So for Xbox it would probably be same thing but with "X" instead of "[]"
