Anyone Noticed?

Has anyone notice that the ratings from last years Live 04 is almost identical in this years edition.
For example Lebron James. He has the same ratings from last year. Only aspects that were increased were Stamina, Hardiness, Primacy.
So I came up with a Lebron James formula. Opinions and suggestions are recommended.
FG 70-75 (shooting much improved last year)
3PT 70
FT 75
Dunk 98
Inside Scoring 70
OReb 32
Jump 97
Strength 71
Quickness 80
Speed 80
Passing 79
OFAwareness 80-90
Dribble 75
Steal 82
Blok 35
DefAwareness 60
Stam 75 (90 seems reasonable since he plays 42 mpg)
Hardiness 75
Primacy 90
