He looks drousy. Like realy tired or something like that. There's something with the area under the eyes.

Just a question...I can't extract player's tat's with fshx, how i can make arm's and leg's tat's without those files?

We still need to investigate that. Can you try putting more hairstyles?

Under his eyes does look a bit screwy, but then again look who were talking about here... you should make a custom art patch where he wears a wedding dress.
