Adjusting Roster on Xbox Live...

How can i re-order my roster online?

i can't seem to find Kyle Kolver of the 76ers.
i believe he's on the injured list.....along with 2 other players......But how can i substitute someone for him on Xbox Live?

i always update the rosters online but i never see them new players on my roster..............even after i saved the roster.
What am i doing wrong?

i using a 2 month free trial for Xbox Live.
