Game Freezes in Dynasty Mode

Has anybody encounter this- I'm able to play one season in dynasty mode when I try and go to Season 2 my computer freezes when i try and go through the off season icons. Any suggestions or fixes? I'm using Bens roster patch

Did you mess with any of the DBF files? Do you recieve any error?

Yes, it gives me a codebase error .
