Weird schedules

Postby cyanide on Tue Nov 09, 2004 2:56 pm

I apologize if a post have been made already: I'm starting a Dynasty with Detroit where there's 28 games in a season. I have played 4 games and so I go and check out team stats and see how I compare with everybody else. I find out that Utah has played 0 games and Seattle had played 8 games already. Sure, I know it's custom schedules, but come on, why would any team in the league play 8 games and another team have yet to play a single game? Plus, I can't even sort the stats by "stat per game," (PPG, etc), so the team stats are virtually useless in the early stages of Dynasty. Maybe that explains why I can't view league leaders yet :?

It would never happen in the real NBA but when you allow the game to randomise the schedule that will happen from time to time. Most of the time there isn't such a large difference though.

i dont think the game lets you check certain things(like standings) until everyone has played atleast 1 game. i know it took me until after game 7 to view the season standings and league leaders.
