He was expected to play in Europe, so I expect that being the reason for him not being in the game.

As far as unofficial updates for the PC, including mine: of course. As far as official updates for the console versions, I would assume that they would add him as well.

I just released my first roster update, I have no idea of the timetable of the official roster update for the console versions. I have nothing to do with those.
