update roster while in dynasty

There's still no way to import rosters to a Dynasty in progress from within the game. You can import values when editing the dbfs outside the game, but it's very easy to overwrite season data.

Or you can just download the rosters and make whatever transactions that Andrew made in his new one and like change the main ratings that he changed as well.
