How to map Resume Game to controller for PC?

Hi, I find it annoying that i have to use the mouse to resume my game at every end of a quarter?
Can anybody help me w/ this? I'd appreciate some instructions on how to remedy this, thanks in advance.

god how i wish this could be done.

but i don't think it can.

pretty annoying if you're sitting on the couch playing a game, to have to get up and click resume- or if you leave a game to let the cpu play while you take a dump or something, it doesn't auto-resume. bah.

oh darn, well, i had this same gripe with 2004. oh well, anyways, i hope someone figures out how to fix this nuisance. (for us lazy people hehe).
